As the visitors start leaving the room, the visitor count will be decremented and when the last person leaves the room, the count be comes 0. Here is two functions for enter and exit. And that time Relay will get Voltage and triggered so light will get voltage and it will turn on. So if any animal crosses the sensor then the visitor counter will be incremented or decremented depending on the direction and then lights will be turned on if count is greater than zero. I have checked all the circuitry, its fine.
